N Bulbicodium from a pot replanted from the Coop in March or so, but hadn’t had any blooms at all up to now…bizarre

Hi Just been enjoying reading your blog. Your April 22nd piece mentioned the fact that you have been having a mixed outcome from the peat free compost being used for the pots?
I refer to Which? Gardening every year, as they rate many different composts for sowing, growing on and potting, but have found different plants respond differently to the recommended ones, with some growing as well as usual, but others sulking. They recommend adding liquid fertiliser from quite an early stage
