Thanks – I cut this rose quite hard back last year as some stems grew literally to about 10 ft last year so I am hoping it will be a bit shorter and bushier this week!

  1. A beautiful rose – the name suits. Glad to hear that yesterday dawned without a cloud in the sky for your open garden Cathy. Hope that it remained that way for the rest of the day and that the weather gods are in a good mood on Sunday 😀

It’s an unusual colour, isn’t it? It tolerates shade, whch is why I chose it for that position. All good for our openings, thanks, just a bit breezy on Sunday

  2. It is a wonderful rose and with a divine color: I love it. Cathy my mother and I have just passed the Covid and we are -especially me- recovering our strength and I breathe well and finish expelling the mucus and phlegm. We haven’t gone to the country house yet, but we plan to go in August and part of September, if nothing goes wrong. Cathy thank you very much for your concern, you are a friend. I hope you and the golfer are in good health. Happy weekend. I wish you the best. Very affectionate greetings from Margarita.

I am glad you are through Covid and pleased to hear you hope to get to your country house – I am sure it will do you both good
