Oh dear…how I wish I had had some real sherry to offer Santa instead of faking it with cold tea. I have had to face a barrage of criticism for the poor service 🙄 Thanks for your long and newsy email which I shall respond to soon – I do hope you had a memorable Christmas today and that you felt safe enough to enjoy it

Cold Tea? We always gave him Ginger Wine! Hope you have a lovely day and good wishes for 2021, it can only get better.
I think Rudolf got a better deal than Santa. I know we shouldn’t encourage drink driving, but cold tea? The delicious mince pie has probably saved you from “bah humbug”.

All very quiet here, Anna, as you might expect, but we have seen our childcare bubble and went for a walk with the Golfer’s son and his family. I am not sure if the Golfer would allow Santa any space to warm his feet too…
