Must be something good. I can’t read the stick so,…let us know.
Scabiosa stellata ‘Ping Pong’ – the seeds are quite big anyway and when the shoots emerged they pushed the seed casing upwards too with a little covering of vermiculite. It was quite funny to watch them emerging 😉
Cathy it seems to me that after the “rush” of the seeds, it seems to me that they can be the beans of the story that went up and up to the sky to the country of the Giants! 🙂 Have a very good week and weekend. Greetings from Margarita.
They definitely seem like magic, Margarita – and many seeds are really tiny
It’s as if those seeds are shrugging their shoulders to rid themselves of their coats. I grew this scabiosa couple of years ago Cathy but under the name ‘Sternkugel’. The seedheads are most attractive and dry really well.
I tried growig it last year without any success but I seem to have 100% germination this time which is a good start
A bit like life Cathy!
