Great colour, Cathy. I love geraniums but haven’t heard of this one, I will look it up.
It always takes me by surprise – it’s a tiny one in a sink on the paved area
[D] G Sanguineum is a survivor! It seems to like (or is that tolerate better than other plants?) the conditions here in our walled garden – light sandy soils … damp summers, very windy winters … and nibbling by ‘pet lambs’ in late Spring.

I have grown Geramium sanguineum ‘Shepherd’s Warning’ for several years without any issues. I would say it is a bit less vigorous than Geramium sanguineum striatum which I would also recommend
