They are such good reliable roses. Mine grows up into an old willow tree and never gets any attention at all. It just tumbles down making a beautiful fragrant canopy to walk through.
That sounds delightful Karen – this is the first year mine has made any impact although it hs been there for oerhaps 5 years. Last year I moved the Clematis jouiniana which surrounded it and it has been enjoying the freedom I think so I shal look forward to that fragrant canopy!
Such a bonus to get these lovely blooms looking so fresh, so late in the year.
And this second flush is better than the first on New Dawn – it has been a real pleasure to see it

Gorgeous! Roses always bring so much joy to the garden.
And this is the best it’s ever been which brings even greater joy, Lee
I grew New Dawn in my previous garden and loved it. Yours is, as I expected, beautiful.
This has not flowered well before now and I am really appreciating the pale pink as my other pink roses are much darker
Looks like you have a beautiful sunny day to enjoy your rose.
Beautiful rose, beautiful photo!
Sharing the beautify in this world only makes it more special.
