Beautiful. Cathy, by the way the C. Jackmannii in my vase on Monday lasted perfectly from early Saturday evening until Tuesday afternoon. Don’t think it was in enough water (short stem) so it began closing down a little. Still is fresh, just took on a different shape.
You are ahead of us here in upstate New York but no matter – I always love seeing “coming attractions”. Indeed, spring is like finding something new each day.
Beautiful!!! Mine are just starting to show green in Ohio.
I love clematis – you can never have too many 😉
Definitely bessy mates!
Like peas and carrots…to paraphrase Forest Gump.
Very pretty combination

It’s so intriguing to observe these things – thanks for sharing
Love how you photographed your hanging beauties, Cathy. 🙂
Thanks Olga
Beautifully captured, the light filtering through the petals is lovely.
Thanks Kate – I was pleased with how it came out as I have to take it looking upwards against the sky and so often they would cone out too dark
A bit of perfection 🙂
Lovely combination, always read your blog, don’t comment often, but enjoy your pictures and text so much, a daily treat.
Thanks Jackie, it’s nice to know that. It would seem selfish to keep the pleasures of my garden to myself

Yes, that’s just how it is Alana ☺
