In a Vase on Monday: In Your Own Hands

image

All will be back to normal next Monday when I will be able to spontaneously pick from my own garden and plonk the results in a vase, maybe the lovely new one I have bought while we have been away. In the meantime, do please create your own vases and leave the links on this post – see you all again soon!

  5. Dandelions are the first flowers we pick as children. If someone scoffs at us they may turn us away from gardening, so I celebrate your bouquet and look forward to seeing your new vase. I was wondering what you would produce this week. I might have known you would come up with something, you are endlessly inventive. I’m surprised you didn’t fashion a vase out of a shell or something. I am joining you this week thebloominggarden.wordpress.com/2015/05/04/in-a-vase-on-m…-fairy-flowers/
I hope you are having a wonderful holiday.

When asked what is my favorite tool, I always say “my hands” but I hadn’t thought of them as a “vase”. You are full of surprises. Nothing quite so offbeat from me: http://bannersbyricki.com/archives/4504

Dandelions are great aren’t they? A proper sign spring is sprung. I’ve just posted my first Monday vase Cathy and think I’ve got the link to work from my post back to you here. No idea how to link back to my post from here though. Hopefully by next week I will have worked this out too. Thanks for all the inspiration; I’m hoping to have fun this year from my “flower patch” down at the allotment.
