  1. Just a dusting is so pretty!

  2. Christina says:

That’s even less than our hail stones!

  3. Anna says:

Lots of it by the looks of it. I hope that it wasn’t too cold for the ‘drops to open Cathy.

    • Cathy says:

Just a sprinkling really – thankfully! The snowdrops could do with a couple of weeks more, as you will read in the full post

  4. Cathy says:

    Ahh, the lovely white stuff!

  5. It has been an unusual winter here, really mild. No snow, no prolong cold snaps, and a lot of green already up through the ground.

  6. Snowdrops in the snow! A beautiful sight! 🙂

  7. Pam says:

After a lot of snow this week, thankfully it’s all now gone. Other parts of my village are not so waterlogged as my garden is, so on my walks with the dog I’m seeing a more snowdrops, hellebores and lots of narcissi. Spring is definitely on her way !

    • Cathy says:

It has been very localised round here too, Pam – and the ground is still pretty solid, although the nights are meant to be getting a little milder

  8. There was quite abit of white when I arrived in London last week Cathy, a bit warmer this week, Frances
I like your cutting beds post, you will be busy,

    • Cathy says:

The SE had snow more recently than we did, I believe Frances. Hope you are enjoying your stay – will you be grandson-minding during half term?! By the way, we now have dates for visiting the Outer Hebrides so will email and let you know
